Living/Entertaining Space

As our family enjoys cooking and entertaining, naturally, the kitchen and adjoining great room had to be both spacious and functional. With 1,500 square feet of open entertaining space on the 3rd level, this is our favorite place in the house to enjoy gourmet meals, laugh to the telling of old family stories, listen to our favorite music, and relax and take in the ocean view. The fully-equipped and furnished kitchen, dining and great rooms offer comfort and ample seating for the extended family. The kitchen features granite countertops, a center island with second prep sink and 4 bar stools, stainless steel appliances, bottom freezer-drawer ice-maker, and colorful Pottery Barn dinnerware for 16. With windows lining the entire eastern side of the living space, ocean views abound, whether you choose to enjoy them from the outdoor sun deck, or from the air-conditioned great room. One of the king master bedrooms and a separate half bath are also conveniently located on the top level of the house.
